Graduated from Wenzhou Medical University in 1989 and studied in Zhejiang Provincial Cancer Hospital and Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University in Shanghai many times. In August 1989, he worked in the General Surgery Department of Fuyang County People's Hospital (now the First People's Hospital of Fuyang District, Hangzhou). He served as the director of the Department of Gastrointestinal Oncology Surgery and was promoted to chief physician in 2016.
