He Meiya, chief physician, deputy director of the general practice ward of the First People's Hospital of Fuyang District, Hangzhou. Graduated from Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1995 with a bachelor's degree in the clinical major of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. From 2009 to 2011, he went to Zhejiang University School of Medicine to pursue postgraduate courses.
