Graduated from Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2003, majoring in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine), with a bachelor's degree. In August 2003, he worked in the Department of Infectious Diseases of Fuyang People's Hospital (now the First People's Hospital of Fuyang District, Hangzhou).
