In 1993, he graduated from the clinical medicine college of Zhejiang Medical University, Hangzhou Branch, and later received a bachelor's degree in clinical medicine from Zhejiang University. He has been to the Shaw Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University and the Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Department of Guangzhou Military Region General Hospital for several times for further training. In July 1993, he worked in the Department of Otolaryngology, Fuyang County Second People's Hospital. From January 2002 to the present, he worked in the Otolaryngology Department of Fuyang People's Hospital (now the First People's Hospital of Fuyang District, Hangzhou). From November 2005, he served as the deputy director of the Department of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology. He has been the director of the Department of Otolaryngology since 2014, and was promoted to the Chief Physician of Otolaryngology in 2018.
